Very Poor customer service .A package from DHL was to be delivered but they kept it with themselves for almost 10 days and I had to go and pick it myself .

DHL was delivering a package. They had said nobody was home and "left a notice" little to say there was no notice for me to go pick it up. I was home and have cameras and nobody came. I am beyond frustrated.
