While it did take considerable time to get booked in for repairs, said repairs were completed perfectly, and they detailed the entire interior of the car, to boot - not necessary or expected, and such a pleasant surprise! They made the whole situation as seamless as possible, taking care of my rental car booking as well as pickup and drop off, all communication with my insurance company, and were great to communicate with me about requirements and the status of my repair, as well.”
“Hyundai Sudbury has come a long way since opening their doors. with the modernization of their building, not only does it look great, but it makes servicing times much more feasible. there was a time when servicing was a nightmare. not with the employees, who are great to deal with, but the time frame from initial call to the time my vehicle was fixed, was very frustrating. now there are more servicing bays and time frames have reduced drastically. well done Hyundai”
“I have been a loyal customer from window tinting and annual undercoating on 2 vehicles. Never any issues with SAC. All employees i speak with are friendly, professional, and courteous. Lately had to get my bumper repaired and painted. The vehicle went in clean and came out clean! Crystal went out of her way, ordered parts immediately and provided a competitive quote! She is awesome , friendly and very professional, emails phone calls all correspondence with her was SPOT on!! I am very fussy about my vehicles, SAC are top notch. I dont know all the names Cooper, Crystal, that lady at front desk is super nice too! I have spoke with some of the other staff too, over the years, highly recommended. They normally bring your car out front and practically open the door for you as if you were on a date ??? Thanks SAC for all you do, it does not go unnoticed!”
