Needed a much deserved break. This is the second time we stayed here. The Woodview Inn exceeded our expectations by providing very personal service by John and Steve; the Owners. The dining room as well the whole inn was tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. The dinner on Saturday was suburb. Our room with ensuite was well appointed and very comfortable, clean and we loved it staying here. George and I really loved our stay at the WoodView Inn, we hope to come back next Spring.Thank you very much to John, Steve and Melanie our server and April - housekeeping.Walkability: Close to shopping and a very good selection of shops and the store owners in Gananoque are so friendly and helpful, we also shopped in Kingston which is close by Car.

Was there for dinner with somebody staying in the hotel. Food and service were both outstanding.A beautifully decorated and unique atmosphere that inspires relaxation and a feeling of being pampered.A classy place that I would recommend to my friends and family.

After a beautiful boat ride to Boldt Castle, we finished our dayeating at Graydon restaurant. The food was fresh, artfully presented and delicious. The staff made us feel welcome and could not have been nicer. Thank you for making our day in Gananoque special :-)

We booked the Inn through expedia for our anniversary weekend. We were not disappointed. The main house and the rooms were beautiful and clean, the owners were polite, happy, and remembered our names for the entire weekend. ( Trust me that is a big deal).The breakfast coolers had fresh fruit, homemade muffins and croissants, and I would highly recommend reserving a time for their in house restaurant.The food is to die for, it may be expensive but you only live once, and it does not disappoint.Overall fantastic stay.

Beautiful Inn that surpassed our expectations. The Inn itself is luxurious with incredible attention to detail. It is in a fantastic location for walking. We left our car all weekend. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were definitely pampered. We dined in the Graydons restaurant Saturday night. Food was wonderful and the service amazing. My dad recently enjoyed his 90th birthday party at the Woodview Inn. There were 13 family members who stayed there and dined at Graydons for the celebratory dinner. Our servers Melanie and Bruce were very personable and professional. John and Steve who run the Inn were very gracious and attended to our every need!! The location is fantastic and located close to downtown. The property is beautiful with its gardens, patio and historic charm. Thank you for making this so memorable for us!

Highly recommend this lovely inn. Hosts John and Steve are all about great customer service and attention to detail. We stayed in the king bed Garden Suite and had dinner at Graydon's, located onsite. This Inn offers spotless and welcoming accommodations, beautifully landscaped gardens (front and back) and gorgeous patio. Walking distance to downtown and the boat cruises. The staff are all extremely friendly and eager to ensure guests have a great experience. Equally, the meal at Graydon's was top notch. Will definitely stay and dine here again.

This property was wonderful! John and Steve have made it feel like a home! Their passion for the property is shown in the detail and care! From check-in to check-out we had a wonderful experience! Dinner at Graydon's (on-site) was delicious, it is a must! And having breakfast in our room was a treat! We will be back! :-)Rooms: The furniture and décor shows the unique history of the property! Very comfortable, clean and room temperature was perfect!Nearby activities: The area is very nice to walk about. Close to the Sculpture Garden and quick ride to the waterway and catch a Thousand Island boat cruise.

Nice play owners couldnt do enough for you. Family of four in one room a little tight but there was ample communal space both in and outside the hotel. Quite novel breakfast concept but would recommend you take breakfast inside as hotel will provide good coffee and our two teenagers loved the hot chocolates.

I had high expectations of the Woodview Inn given that the ratings were through the roof. Well...we had a fantastic stay including a wonderful dinner so kudos to the whole crew you have lived up to my lofty expectations. You will be amazed by the beautifully well appointed decor designed by the owners. Go visit the Woodview Inn and be impressed. We will see you again soon.

We had a wonderful stay ( unfortunately too short, we would have loved to stay longer!)Our room was cozy, warm, you can see everywhere the attention to details.I had the pleasure to have my breakfast in the dining room ( lovely room).It doesn’t happen very often to stay in a welcoming building that has more than 100years, refurbished with such care and quality.In the morning we received outside our room a cooler box with our premium breakfast!I had the opportunity to talk with the two hosts: such niece people and you could see the passion the put into their work!I would definitely stay here if I swing by again!All perfect!

It was a last minute plan to visit the area and this inn certainly made the drive worth it.Our room was very well appointed. The service from the owners to the dining room/kitchen was outstanding. Food was delicious and the cooler idea for breakfast was brilliant.Thank you John and Steve for an amazing time. We wish you much success.Rooms: Rooms have everything you need. A/C unit is so quiet and powerful.Walkability: Park you car and you can do the whole area on foot.Food & drinks: Our meal was cooked perfectly and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn. We were warmly welcomed by Steve and John and immediately felt right at home. From the stunning attention to detail in decor, to the comfortable bed and the cooler breakfast (including Prosecco and orange juice!), we could not have asked for a more memorable weekend winter get away. We will be back !!
