Bank tellers are always waiting for manager override or approval to do work. Problem is that the few people who can approve are always busy or not available causing customers to wait unnecessarily long for simple banking activities.

After having had some bad experiences with this bank in previous years, I am happy to say my experience with Dustin Saunders was phenomenal. Very professional and goes the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. Highly recommend !
