Went in with an urgent request and they said they couldn’t look at it for several days but I just heard them take the person in front of me right away. I might have waited the several days if the guy at the counter looked like he even remotely cared. Would never go there for any work to be done even in a pinch!

One of the best mechanic shops I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I found them when I needed a little bit of fabrication done to repair my exhaust system on my mazda. When they told me the price and I expressed surprise I remember the person on the phone saying something along the lines of "we're here to make a profit, not a fortune." As a trucker my schedule is pretty all over the place, so being able to drop off my car and have them hold on to it until I'm back home, and pay over the phone makes my life hell of a lot easier. I will definitely be working with them in the foreseeable future

This place is fantastic. So trustworthy. I was told I needed all of my brakes replaced by a dealership in Kingston and it was going to cost me A LOT to do it. The vehicle is only 2 years old so it seemed odd. I called Runnings and booked my vehicle in for way less. When we picked up our truck they told us the brakes just needed to be serviced and we ended up paying a fraction of what the dealership quoted. Highly recommend Runnings. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Will never take my car to the dealership again.

The staff at NAPA were really helpful....our pickup was having issues and they helped me give a list of auto mechanics who were likely to really help us......one of those mechanics went out of his way to pull a favor from GMC to ultimately fix our FORD pickup.
