“Thank you to the manager (Sandra or Sandy I believe) and to the customer service rep Logan. I had a terrible experience at the Canadian Tire in Brockville today, but you both made certain I had a different experience at your store. Thank you for taking the time to not only look the product up in the computer, but to actually confirm with your own eyes that it was indeed in the store. I would like to mention, the manager offered to call me back so I didn’t have to wait on the phone for her to do this. Less than two minutes and I was being told it was there and it would be kept for me until I came in. Even if they did not have the product for exchange, I would have paid more money at this location to find an alternative. Funny, a store with staff that clearly was busy, was kind and helpful. Yet, the staff (manager and customer service rep) working at the Brockville location, which did not appear to be busy, was unpleasant and couldn’t be bothered. From now on, I will gladly drive 33 mins to Gananoque before I drive 3 mins down the street.”

“For all the bad reviews, I see they are all from out of the area, or even the state for that matter. I am as well from out of the area, have been going into Rak's for years and have never encountered anyone that works there as is described. The oldest individual that runs the business is in her 40's and has never been "nasty". The store is exactly that. Full of things that vacationer's may be looking for just to get while they are on vacation. It's called having fun. There is no one that works there that would yell at anyone for being on a cell phone. Also, I know Colleen personally and she would not accuse a customer of ripping their shirt in another store if, it indeed, had happened in her store. These reviews are either over exaggerated or should be applied to other facilities.”
