Thank you to the manager (Sandra or Sandy I believe) and to the customer service rep Logan. I had a terrible experience at the Canadian Tire in Brockville today, but you both made certain I had a different experience at your store. Thank you for taking the time to not only look the product up in the computer, but to actually confirm with your own eyes that it was indeed in the store. I would like to mention, the manager offered to call me back so I didn’t have to wait on the phone for her to do this. Less than two minutes and I was being told it was there and it would be kept for me until I came in. Even if they did not have the product for exchange, I would have paid more money at this location to find an alternative. Funny, a store with staff that clearly was busy, was kind and helpful. Yet, the staff (manager and customer service rep) working at the Brockville location, which did not appear to be busy, was unpleasant and couldn’t be bothered. From now on, I will gladly drive 33 mins to Gananoque before I drive 3 mins down the street.

Canadian Tire Gananoque stands out as the ultimate Canadian Tire experience! Despite being part of a large corporation, this store exudes a welcoming small-town charm. The owner frequently interacts with customers, offering assistance, engaging in conversations, and getting to know the members of the local community. Additionally, Canadian Tire Gananoque is dedicated to giving back to the community. In June, the owners and their team organized Jumpstart events, providing children with opportunities to engage in outdoor activities, stay active, and have fun.

Came in to buy a kayak, the one I wanted didn’t come with a paddle or roof rack. The ladies recommended me one that came with all the accessories and saved me some money! A lovely gentlemen helped me get it to my vehicle. Very wonderful people working here!

I would consider other options when bringing your vehicle to Canadian Tire. I was was met with terrible service both times I used them. I question the quality of work provided by them. I was given misleading information and I was so uncomfortable with the service they provided I had my vehicle inspected by another mechanic. Under another's inspection I was given accurate and a proper diagnoses that did not reflect the one they gave me! Watch what you pay for. I was given the ring around with no follow up on how the issues was dealt with the service manager. Be careful.
