Customer service was beyond compare! Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! There was a lot of decisions to make and he made sure I made them at my pace and my comfortability. Very happy I went in when I did and had the service I got!

Last minute purchase of speaker stands. Not an exotic purchase but was very grateful for the service I received by phone and then in person. Very polite. Helpful. Everything a person could want by shopping local. I just wish I snapped a pic to capture the moment. But I did find one online that seems to do it: EXCEPT it should have been with two dudes. AND the box was bigger… cuz it was speaker stands… not a candle or whatever those two chicks are looking at. Although I was very happy, I don’t think I can smile like she does in the pic. But you can see the joy at least and that’s ALMOST how I felt. The crew at Sight & Sound always make it a warm and fuzzy memory.

Sight and Sound provides excellent help choosing cell phones and plans appropriate for each customer. The staff are kind, respectful and very knowlegeable. They set up your phone, transfer pics and contact info, and provide extra help for those of us who need it, even after our purchase and set up are complete. A pleasure doing business with you! Thanks again Matt B for all your extra help.
