As a small business owner i was pretty upset when all this started...But they have still been delivering my business packages every day... So thumbs up for that.

the 2 ladys with longer hair are always very nice...one lady that has shorter hair she is just really straight forward...anyway...id give it a 4 stars but the phones have NEVER BEEN answered and been trying to call for 5 years!!!
