Amazing place to work, all of the front staff are extremely compassionate and professional customer service advisors and sales consultants, and the auto technicians and wash bay attendants are so attentive and take their jobs seriously! Overall the family atmosphere would make new and returning customers feel welcome and taken care of!

Good place to go for them to mess up your credit report adding a ton of wrong information to my credit report after I did the finance application changes were made to, my phone number, address and name on my credit report she just went in adding wrong information and then tried telling me she couldn't find me... now my credit report is all messed up
They refuse responsibility saying there is nothing she could have done to cause this... when It was caused by them running an application she had filled out with wrong information.. I wish I had never done an application with them..
UPDATE manager Dani laughed and snickered at me explaining my issue of my information being updated to wrong information. Explaining if things were not filled out incorrectly how would my number be updated to an 807 phone number when I have never had an 807 phone number and haven't lived in the area for over a decade. Then I do an application with them everything gets updated wrong and the phone number gets changed to one from this district. When I have never done a credit application for anything in the area or had an 807 phone number. They will screw over your credit report then laugh at you

DONT TRUST WITH VEHICLE REPAIRS!! The customer service can definitely be there sure I’ll give them that, but they try to screw you if you don’t pay attention so watch out.

My recent experience with Fort Frances GM has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a loyal GM customer, I've always trusted their vehicles, but after this ordeal with my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, I'll never deal with GM ever again.
It all started on February 12th when my car suddenly went into limp mode while I was on my way to work. Oil was shooting out of the back of the engine, indicating a serious issue. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the bolts holding the fuel pump bracket had backed out, and one of them was broken off inside the engine. Given the location it would have been impossible for us to fix it ourselves, so we turned to GM for assistance.
However, instead of helping, GM accused us of causing the issue by cross-threading the bolts, which was physically impossible given the location. They proposed an expensive solution involving dropping the engine, draining all the lines, and replacing the fuel pump, with no guarantee that it would even solve the problem. Despite pointing out that this seemed like a defect in their materials or workmanship, they refused to provide any goodwill warranty. We were a paltry 9000km over the drivetrain warranty and to directly quote the GM warranty manual GM and/or GM dealers may provide assistance after the limited warranty period has expired when the problem results from a defect in material or workmanship.
After nearly two months of getting nowhere with GM, I finally had my car towed to an independent mechanic. To my relief, they were able to repair it without dropping the engine, requiring only eight hours of labor and replacement bolts costing me a fraction of what GM quoted me to repair a well documented GM defect. Meanwhile, GM had the audacity to send me a bill for $525, despite doing nothing to resolve the issue.
This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed with GM, particularly their customer service. I will be searching for a suitable replacement and getting rid of my Chevrolet as quickly as possible. Buyers beware.
