I received the best customer Service anyone could imagine. I believe her name is Monica. She was so, so helpful, helping me find the articles I was looking for. Canadian Tire is lucky to have her as an employee. Very attending to customer needs

Takes forever to buy anything here cus theres only 1 staff and she has to have a conversation with every customer. Its painful to buy anything here. I only do cus I have to.

Bad experience with the staff poor communication making me go all over the store just for a product then taking forever to bring said product to the front for me to pay for only to have to go to the back of the store again just to show ID.
Ridiculous!

Canadian tire is pet friendly Canada wide, but this one wouldn’t allow me in with my dog. So if the owner see’s this, just so you know I drove to Thunderbay and spent $6,276.00 on power tools, plumbing supplies electrical supplies and lawn chairs, that could have been spent in your store ?. No one in thunder bay store said a thing about my dog while we were there. I will never be back in the fort Frances store again, nor will any of my family members. Edit I should carify cause I like to generalize and shorten things and just say the store. What I mean by the store in Thunder Bay, actually is the Home Depot in Thunder Bay. So that’s quite abit that Canadian tire lost out on. Yes I’ll still use Canadian tire on the future because I like stores I can take Charlie in, just won’t be using this one in for Francis

Bummer that they’re one of the only CT stores I’ve been to that don’t allow dogs - not sure why I’ve seen dogs in there before, maybe they were told no dogs allowed as well, but either way. Especially for a small town you’d think they’d be more open to allowing dogs when corporate allows it, and even encourages it, at other stores. They’re making alot of renovations and nice changes - maybe this is something that can be as well?

Employees are working extra hard trying to get all the renovations done. Looks really good in the store.

Updated, this place still never lives up to the bare minimum a customer should be able to expect... really sad that with 33 million people CTC can't find enough owners who care to fill all of its stores... with only 500 stores one would think that they could do better than what we currently have... the stock 'owner' is well past his expiry date unfortunately i doubt he has proven himself in any meaningful way to corporate so I think we may be stuck with him.

This store is getting a much needed facelift, rearranged everything. Some aisles are very narrow but so far so good

Dropped my rating. This Canadian tire is gone WAY down hill. Not only does the online stock never match on store stock. But a really grouch employee denied my 4 year old the bathroom because she thought she'd abuse the bathroom.
