I’m a long time TD customer and I love their service however the service at this branch was the worst I have ever experienced. The older blond teller spoke to us (my sisters and I) in a manner that no person should speak to a customer.We walked out and I will never return to this branch. TD headquarters should really inspect this branch because it’s truly not the service I’m used to from them. Fort Erie TD you need to get your act together you are not representing your brand.

Dealing with front line staff is not pleasant anymore i find them rude and condescending( I am talking about you big guy with greasy hair) , staff in the cubicles are almost impossible to get hold of. I was told to take time off work in order to make an appointment as people in the office don't like to work on the weekend. ChatGPT can't come soon enough to consume their jobs.

Worst bank ever! The service is slow and the employees are rude. They are constantly pushing the use of the atm and act like you are putting them out by doing in person transactions. Pay attention during your transactions as they are constantly making mistakes.

The effort it takes to make a routine deposit is dumbfounding. This bank is not friendly for international customers.

Customer service is very poor compared to the TD branches i have been to. Not very helpful like they don't want to do and extra work. Considering how much customers pay in fees and interest rates. I believe for a small town they must have a hard time finding compatitant people to work there.

Went to discuss something with an advisor. Spoke with Alethea, who was very rude and condescending. I do not recommend making an appt with her bc she will not explain nothing to you.

I have moved all my accounts from TD after 20 years with them.They used the pandemic to layoff their staff all while hiking their rates.They ignore their customers and also investors.Because of this I have taken control of my investments.Not even a call to ask why I took all my money from their bank.Terrible customer service all around.

Worst branch, extremely rude employees and guide people with wrong information.They don’t do their work properly, I have so many stories to share but they are very long so in short I will share one story that I have concerned with.Whenever I go to this branch for my safety deposit box, they don’t allow me to go inside , they take my key and opened my box and when I am done they take my box / key and put it in the locker.I am scared that how about if they take anything from my locker because I can’t see anything from outside, I can’t see if my locker is in safe place or safe hand .Should I trust this branch employees blindly and hand over my safety box ?What happened if they take anything from my box?I am a long time customer with TD and I had safety boxes in Burlington/ Oakville locations but they never did anything like this branch do.

I have been with TD's Fort Erie location for 20+ years and I have always received quick, friendly, professional service, all staff are wonderful and knowledgeable of all banking services. Thank you for 20+ years of service and here's to 20+ more.

I was told by TD Customer Service to visit the TD Branch to add my spouse to my checking account. Upon visiting the branch on Fort Erie, the teller informed me that I was given the wrong information and I have to book an appointment with a Personal Banking Advisor. When I explained my position and the disability I had ( I am on a wheelchair) she went over & above her duties to find me the only person Matthew Morao (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) to help me to complete adding of my spouse to the checking a/c. (I am feeling very bad of not knowing the name of the teller, she was pretty)Matthew on the contrary was very supportive, accommodative and responsible in the paperwork needed to complete the addition of my spouse to the checking account. Matthew also explained all the needed precautions and keeping the financials account current with all the info.I very much appreciated the professionalism displayed by the TD Staff while interacting with me.In this remote working environment, we tend to lose connections to the human feelings and the staff at TD Bank in Fort Erie fulfilled that gap which is desperately needed in today's working culture.Godfrey

Iam very dissatisfied with the service at this location. I visited this branch on Saturday because I needed to verify my signature for my“ Out of country pension “. I had this done many times before by the teller, and it was never a problem.This time the manager requested me to leave my form there and to come back on Monday.I decided to take my form to Royal Bank location Ridgeway where it was done in 2 minutes with pleasant manner and nice smile.

Thaylea is by far the worst employee that has ever worked at the FE location. Every transaction my mother, my daughter and myself have ever done with her was a nightmare. I avoid her at all costs. She doesn’t know what she is doing. She can’t figure out how US/Canadian exchange rates work to save her life. She will argue with you, disrespect you and refuse to serve you if you question her. Another teller has had to come to her aid (as well as mine) every time I am foolishly at her window. After several complaints to different managers she is still there.

These guys have seriously gone down hill at this branch. Many of the staff are new and don’t know you. Don’t expect any good experience like it was in the past. Scotiabank on the other hand will treat you nicely regards of years banking with them. I’m a business client so that tells you a lot when they can’t even Lee their bread & bitter customers happy.
