“This was a return to the outlet store on Niagara Street.Even during the pandemic, this store is well stocked, and the pickup location I had to go to on Ontario Street confirmed why they are so ready.All the staff I've dealt with are friendly, and well trained on answering questions that I may have with the products I'm looking for. Mainly visited for hi-viz items, as well as work gear for working in the cold Buffalo weather. If I've seen prices higher than other chain stores, the difference is barely negligible. The stuff will be in stock, in your size.Well worth the trip to this store. You might even find stuff you didn't know you needed.”

“On August 1, 2024 I called This Wonderful Gentlemen's store a inquiring & attempting to explain that I was in desperate need of a Handle repair on a very sentimental piece of luggage that I didn't want to part with. He told me to bring it in for him to see & like a couple of other people told me it couldn't be repaired. ☹️ As he seen the disappointment in me, instantly a lightbulb idea came to him & just like that His OBVIOUS Skills kicked in & Miraculously he REPAIRED my luggage & on top of that REFUSED to charge me because he said he didn't want to guarantee that the handle would last. NEWSFLASH: I'm happy to say that not only has it lasted but it's been on 2 other trips since then. ???? I Am extremely Grateful & not since the Cobbler in the Basement of AM& A's as a child have I seen or was Aware of such Talent . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY & ALL MY family, friends, & others to support this Kind Gentleman & his Business you Won't be disappointed!

“I took my dad here to get new sneakers. We knew he had been wearing the wrong size for years but he would not listen. The assistant manager, Don, came and helped us out. He was so friendly and very helpful. He convinced my dad to get sized and helped his get the right shoes for his needs. He was able to get through my stubborn dad where the whole family could not. Give Don a raise!!!”
