I think it's so frigin clean at this pace that you could almost eat off the floor. I don't think I have ever been to a cleaner or more maintained rest stop ever. Good Job

Wait for shower was rather too long..plus they have no email system so if you want Ace only fax..staff were not very friendly..all in all needs improvement

Great service, shower is roomy and very clean. Lounge is spacious.

It was nice there is a lounge to relax if you need a break from driving or in my case, a break from the rain as I was riding my motorcycle. But the temperature was so cold inside that even the staff were wearing thick sweaters.
Plenty of choices in the store. A bit overpriced for my liking but it was convenient.

The pump wasn't working and of course the intercom at the pump wasn't working and I told the maintenance guy. He was incredibly rude so I told him to leave me alone. He then called the manager on his radio and the manager threatened to call the police on me.This is the reason why police response times are so slow. Because of nimrods like that calling the cops on people for no reason.
