Just tell her I’m not is located in a retail strip centre next to Sobeys, planet fitness and Meridian credit Union. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

accused of bagging something that wasnt scanned. The item was then scanned again. The girl was very rude when I said she scanned it and rescanned it. Charged me twice for same item. Don't want to even give them one star.

Very well kept and stocked store compared to most. I came in here looking for some items that I couldn't find and your staff was very friendly and helpful and even walked me to where everything was. 5 stars for the older lady and the skinny blonde girl with glasses. Much appreciated. Thankyou.

To the ignorant cashier that cashed out myself and my family today at about 3:30 pm. Your comments were not only rude and uncalled for, but they were said directly to one of my family members at the cash (which was to the cashier’s surprise!!). Making a comment about “how loud” we all were to the next customer in line after we left the store and for all to hear, was absolutely uncalled for! What she didn’t realize was the next customer in line was part of our group! We were a group of 8 with 4 babies 3 and under. We were making noise but not being excessively loud at all. A toy was dropped while in line( by a 1 year old) and it broke, we asked the older cashier(I think she’s a new staff) for paper towel so we could clean the mess and were ignored multiple times and then charged for the item. We were friendly and courteous customers and this cashier clearly has no patience for children or people in general. We have children and children make noise.

3 employees approached me and my service dog very rudely. Staff need to be taught to ask questions and not attack guests. It's a simple question of "is your dog a service dog" and if still not satisfied "do you have the papers or service dog card" which I can happily supply.
It is not okay that you attack me and question her vest ect. It is not a legal requirement. And she doesn't need to walk around with me as a flag, flagging "there is something wrong with my owner" this is absolutely not acceptable. She walks beside me in a calm mannor.
I was also called over security. "Security camera 8" then seconds later approached rudely. I do not need to discuss what "is wrong with me" or the purpose of my service dog to anyone.
I really hope some people that have service dogs do not suffer from high anxiety ect. Because this 100% triggered me, and I fell unwelcome. I am no less than a human than anyone under that roof. And the managers should educate staff on how to assume innocent.
