Wanted to ship an item and was given two different responses to my question of if I can ship the item or not, One clerk say yes I can after looking up the restrictions. Went in a few days later to ship it and was told no I couldn't that I needed to register myself as a small business in order to ship it ... Not very knowledgeable at all !

Not knowledgable staff. After they made mistakes they don't own up to it but blame you for not telling the how to do there job. One was Older woman by name Debbie and young I didn't get the name. Very rude both of them.I'm just disgusted by people like that working in service.
