Long lines and only one teller. the woman took her sweet time too chatting with the guy who only had 1 envelope. I walked right out I'd rather go to the one in shopper's drugmart they don't take 20 minutes for one person

Posting a review not just for this specific location but for the entire organization. This happens all the time where they deliver items to the wrong person. They don't even bother ringing the door bell anymore. Last parcel I had was handed to the person they assumed was part of our household and didn't check their identification. Sender said that the signature was given but Canada Post admitted that there was no signature at all. Unreliable.

Staff not very kind to customers with disabilities. What I witnessed a month or so back was not okay. I would hope that since the employees and managers would practice respect to those with medical needs

The Phone number is for their retail front desk. They have been very helpful. Have used their postal services for many years - very pleased.
