I believe the man who helped us was a gemologist. He gave us a lot of options in our price range as well as ideas for settings. He provided us with all of the documentation for our insurance. Someone mentioned about the doors being locked. They've done this for years. It's to prevent theft, which unfortunately happens in this area.
