My Husband and I had a terrible experience at The Village Boutique .I bought a pair of shoes , and I explained to the Sales Associate that they were for a Friend , that was disabled , and could not come into the store to try them on .The Associate assured me that if they were not appropriate , that they could be returned , for a full refund to my Credit Card .When I did , in fact , have to return them, the story changed . The Owner refused to return them , and the Associate denied saying this to me .My Husband was with me , and he heard the same story .My Husband , normally a quiet Man , was disgusted with this Service .Shame on you Village Boutique !
