Tom designed an amber ring for me. I loved the weight and uniqueness of the design so much that my husband and I asked him to design me a wedding ring for our 35th. I wanted sapphires. I could not have received a more beautiful design. Sort of art deco, which I adore. Been wearing it for a couple hours and I feel like it has always been a part of me. Thank you Tom for genius design and craftsmanship, and Tamara for your attentiveness.

Had a wonderful experience at Sapphires, friendly staff looking to understand your needs and wants. Very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Made the process simple and the decision very easy. It feels like home at Sapphires and I truly felt welcome there. Bought an engagement ring and she said yes! Great experience! I dug a dead, 30 year old watch out of a drawer and walked into the store with no appointment. They had the battery and were able to replace it and do some minor cleaning while I waited . Good as new!

Tom did a fantastic job adding links to an old ankle bracelet from my childhood so I’m able to wear it again! It looks great and totally seamless! Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming at Sapphires, I highly recommend to anyone looking to have jewelry repaired!

Tamara and Tom were very helpful with helping me purchase my first watch. I spent a good week researching online to see what watch was best for me, and to my surprise they had it in stock at Sapphires and it was also cheaper than on the Bulova website ! Thank you for being part of this experience as this was the first time I’ve bought a watch brand new.

Went in with a special request and was greeted with smile and a solution. Special order was placed and received my item earlier than expected. Was also given the option of having it made in store if it wasn’t what I wanted.Great local shop with a very friendly staffWill be shopping there for all my jewellery in the future
