We moved in to a new build condo that was totally painted white. I love colour so trying to find the right fit of a painting company I thought would be a challenge. Boy was I wrong. Chris the owner of Fonthill Paint helped and guided me through each and every part of the process. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about the choices I made with paint colour. His team of painters were excellent. They were very professional and respectful. Clean and tidy as well. They did an amazing job and the painting was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for all your painting needs. There is no need to look any further. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for all your painting needs.

Chris and his team were great to deal with . Our painters Nick & Sean were amazing. Very respectful and extremely neat and tidy . We live in a condo and they made it easy for us to work in stages. The job was done in a very timely manner .

If you are looking for a fair price this is not the place to go!!! The same price for a can of paint at his store was $84.54 vs $69.99 at the Benjamin Moore dealer at 258 Merritt Street in St. Catharines. Just saying??? Same paint same colour.

Wow!! I am very moved and touched by my recent experience with Benjamin Moore paints. I had recently made the painful decision to repaint the interior of my house. Painful, as the current colours in my house were chosen by my wife and I when we first purchased it. Adrienne and I met with Chris the owner of Fonthill Paint and Decorating Benjamin Moore store back in 2009. Sadly, I lost Adrienne 5 years ago after a 4 year long battle with cancer. My son and I went to back to the store to meet with Chris in early November to let him know the emotional decision we had made to repaint. Unbeknownst to me, Chris was moved by our situation and reached out to Benjamin Moore to relay our story. Benjamin Moore made an extremely generous offer to cover the cost of 6 gallons of paint. Benjamin Moore has contributed to our home by adding another layer of memories to our walls. A HUGE thank you to Chris at Fonthill Paint and Decorating Benjamin Moore store for making this process a bit easier and for the time and care he put into it. And thank you to Benjamin Moore for recognizing the heart of their customers.

THIS PLACE IS NEVER OPEN!!! It’s 12:00 on a Friday and the website says they’re open! This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and it’s been randomly closed?

By far the worst customer service I've experienced. This was not just one time but multiple times I went to this benjamin moore location. The staff doesn't ask how to help and just sits behind the counter. One word answer when asking questions, won't give advice when asked. Terrible customer service with many different staff members there. I would suggest visiting a different location.

I have literally never had worse customer service. After trying to upsell me on every product I water he told me the system wasn’t working. I knew what I wanted. Will get it elsewhere.

Chris is tops. He helped me out big time. He is so knowledgeable. I would go to him any time when i need help with paint. He is a genuine person and lots of experience. He saved me on my project. He's got my vote if he was running for Prime Minister. Great guy

Almost no customer service at this location. There was a man behind the cash register who stayed seated the entire time we we're there until it was time to check out. When we ask for his help he basically didn't give us any except saying "well whatever you choose I'm sure it'll be good"I would not go back to that shop if you paid me.To be clear I love Benjamin Moore paint but I will not be buying it from this location.

Worse customer service ever. A man sat behind the glass for the entire time and offered very little in terms of what I needed. I asked a lot of questions only to get... whatever you choose will be fine.In the end I spent a lot of money only to turn around and have to buy more paint from somewhere else. The paint was not inexpensive either. If you are on a budget this is not where to go. Therefore having to go somewhere else for paint after this purchase was an expensive endeavor.Very disappointing. I will never go back here again. I went there because it was close and convenient.My enthusiasm to paint my home was deflated by this whole experience. Thanks for nothing.

Ok. I’ve heard horror stories about this store but had the misfortune of dealing with the rudest lady that works there. She messed up the colour and refused to accept responsibility, untop or being a rude person. With everything I’ve heard and experienced I’m shocked that this store is still open. I guess everyone will continue going to st.Catharines to avoid at all cost

I received awesome service today. I am renovating a bathroom and since we are not allowed into the store due to Covid. I telephoned them as I needed some guidance on what kind of paint is best to use. They were very helpful and also suggested some paint colour swatches which we can curbside pick up.
