I went here for an engagement ring. Heather and her staff gave me her full attention, worked with me to help pick out the perfect design, material, and stone (and there was a lot of selection to try to pick from). They were extremely nice and knowledgeable the entire time. I felt like I was a part of the family. The price was extremely fair, the ring looked absolutely gorgeous, and the people were so pleasant and caring. There were no flaws whatsoever. Best of all, she said yes! Of all the jewelry stores I've been to, this is the best. If you're around Fonthill and want jewelry, go to this one. Trust me, there isn't any other around that even competes with it.

Heather and her incredible team are amazing! I recommend making an appointment ahead of time as Heather is an awesome resource of information so it is helpful to know she will be available for questions when you go in! Although I thought I knew a lot about rings and knew what I wanted, Heather's helpful advice and expert knowledge made sure I got what I was looking for. Their prices are very fair and they are very honest and kind. The really go up and above to make it a positive experience!

My recent experience at Fonthill Jewellers was definitely worthy of 5 stars
Dealing with Heather and her staff was a lovely experience.
While my daughter was visiting from out of town , she realized she had lost a diamond from her engagement ring.
Heather promised she would try her best to provide a new diamond in its place before my daughter was heading back to Barrie. The next day, Heather called and said the ring was ready. I so appreciated how quickly it was done.
The ring was cleaned. at no extra charge, and the ring was brilliant.
Fonthill Jewellers is my go to jewelry store from now on!
I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, fiancé stopped to look for her wedding band and we can honestly say we have found our forever jeweler. She found her ring, and I found a memorial necklace. Heather and her husband ordered it, they custom engraved it at their shop with a special font I wanted and she sealed it for me. Beyond happy with how it turned out. We will be back for more Heather.
