How is it possible that you guys are out of fresh fruit and produce constantly? I order my groceries online and I’ve never been able to buy blueberries here. I’ve been trying to buy mangos for a month with no luck. What is going on here? I’m going to start shopping elsewhere if this persists.

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at this wal mart. I bought a blu-ray movie, it was a movie I couldn’t find on streaming so decided just to buy a physical copy. When I got around to watching the movie the last 30 mins of the movie didn’t work, it skipped from scene to scene. I tried to return the movie at the customer service desk. I always assumed a company would replace a product they sold you that is clearly defective. The worker told me it was final sale. I asked her to explain that to me since nowhere on the receipt or packaging did it indicate it was “final sale”. She told me it was in the policy, whatever that’s supposed to mean. She couldn’t comprehend that I simply wanted a replacement copy. When I eventually got this point across to her she sent me to find a new copy, unfortunately they didn’t have another copy. She brought her “manager” over and the both of them essentially told me tough luck. Not an offer to order me a new copy. Rachel was the manager and she was rude and unhelpful. She should maybe take a course on customer service. So be warned that this wal mart doesn’t replace defective products and offer terrible customer service. Absolute joke. Buy a digital copy of a movie, at least it won’t be defective.

I am finding that this Walmart is becoming what I would consider a possible third world store. Often, the shelves are empty because the stock is sitting on skids, the new staff hired to work spends more time on their devices than working. I tend to shop at Walmart in Guelph if I need that type of store. As per just groceries, Freshco would be my choice or anywhere other than Fergus Walmart.

Lady at the entrance in wheelchair is super grumpy. Gave me a dirty look when I smiled. You have one thing to do. At least you can do that.

They never have any stock of regular items
Cannot ever find any meats on sale consistently say they sold out or the shipment didn’t come. Do better ordering inventory for your store.

Bought defective merchandise - electronics. They almost showed me the policy that they are using which is in contradiction to the Sale of Goods Act 1990. Laid down the law. Got exchange. Walmart has fallen a long way since Sam the man Walton. My belief if this continues it will erode what is left of any lawfulness in this country. I say oust the company and organize local militias to police our small towns from corporations destroying what is left of lawful contracts and the likes.

Had an issue with an online order and the Walmart in Guelph wouldn’t help at all. I called Fergus and talked to an employee named Dory, she was so incredibley helpful and made our transaction super easy. Will definitely be coming back!!

Worst walmart ever. Nobody ever answer the phone. I as a doordash driver waited for 40 minutes and their employee still had no clue when order will be ready. Wasted my time and got no money. PLEASE AVOID FOR ONLINE DELIVERY AT THIS LOCATION.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER!!!! They will cancel it on you because they don’t feel like getting the order together and you’ll have to fight tooth and nail for the refund.

Store usually has what I'm looking for one side note to your store that bothers me on a busy night you have one person doing cash out and one person at the automated system self-checkout now in my personal opinion self-checkout should be 10 items or less and the regular cash to people getting a full groceries it seems lately every time I come to the store there is only one person doing cash it seems to me and it wouldn't take too much to put two or three people on checkout considering how many clerks I saw walking around in that store
