Absolute best team to work with. I have been with Steve since I initially needed insurance and he and kay are absolutely amazing. I have connected with both of them on a personable level. Every time I call they do everything they can to make my experience great. They both know me by name and always ask about what’s going on with me in my life. They really care. I have never worked with a team like them who don’t care about making the company money but making the customer happy. I couldn’t ask for a better team. It’s just a bonus they have had the best cost for insurance out there. I wouldn’t want to leave them for anyone!

We have been with Steve for years and always had the most positive experiences. He has saved us money countless times, always there for us, very personable and genuine. Recently I asked Steve to help me calculate my premiums paid for my business. The math was way over my head but Steve took it upon himself to calculate it for me and send it in an email. I can't even express what a feeling of relief this gave me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have had Steve as an insurance agent for 15 years, aside form a short period of having no vehicle. I've since added on tenant insurance, and now snowmobile insurance, and even though I now live almost 2,000 KM from Fergus, any time I have a question, Kay always answers promptly and courteously. I was thrown away, when I walked into the office for the first time in almost 10 years, and Steve looked at me and said "Hey Ian, how's it going?". Makes you feel good knowing you're not just a number.If you're looking for a good agent to work with, I definitely recommend Steve and his team!

Interesting that I saw someone complain of terrible service. Im 33 years old and have been insured through this office since I was 17. They literally have provided me the best service of ANY business I have EVER dealt with. They once called me up to get information to LOWER my rates... who does that?! They have hand delivered documents to me the day of, always been super quick with ownership changes of vehicles etc... great office, Kay is a GEM

This used to be a great place unfortunately Steve has a pretty miserable staff member who doesn't know how to do her job. Always thinks she's right when she has no clue what real customer service is or how to be productive in her job

This guy is actually like dealing with the State Farm guy in the commercial ... where you sing the song and he shows up to save you from your personal crisis. Staff has always been friendly ... I've tried to deal with call centres but they can't compete with the personal service you get from a local agent.
