Great website. Excellent service. I chose two pairs of shoes from the website, available only in Mount Forest. No problem, within a few days they were waiting for me in Fergus. One pair was perfect, the other's did not fit. Again, no problem just kept the one pair. Staff are pleasant and helpful. This is my go-to store for footwear. Recommended to a friend from Guelph. She was also very pleased.

I have shopped at Shoetopia for many years as they have a great selection of quality, stylish, footwear. I recently had a problem with a pair of waterproof hiking boots purchased only 4 months ago. The sole was separating from the boot and the fabric was breaking down. I took the boots back, without high expectations, in the hope they would discuss quality issues with the manufacturer, Keen. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call today informing me Keen would honour their guarantee and Shoetopia would be giving me a store credit to replace the boots. I am so impressed. I was a regular Shoetopia customer before, I will be extremely loyal in the future. So refreshing to find a business that provides such exceptional customer care. Thank you so much, Shoetopia.

I ordered a pair of shoes, anticipating that the delivery would be later the next week. They were shipping them via Purolator and they would arrive while I was out of town. I called Shoetopia and they retrieved the shoes and held on to them for a later shipping. I was delighted with that service. I will definitely shop there again as their brands are my favourites and their customer service seems amazing.

I ordered Rieker shoes for a price lower than anywhere else online, to pick up at the Fergus store. They were available the next day. Unfortunately I needed a half size bigger but they had none. The very courteous and helpful sales person made a few suggestions then left me in peace to find a substitute pair, and then quickly processed my exchange. I’ve shopped there before, and they are always really good, in selection, price and service.

I was very happy to discover Shoetopia after searching for Josef Siebel shoes in Canada. Shoetopia was the only retailer in Canada where I could find the particular model I was looking for, and it was at a very good price. Shipping was very fast and their Customer Service was great to deal with and very efficient. Highly recommend this retailer - I hope to visit one of your stores in person some day.

Had a great experience with Shoetopia in Fergus ON. I was able to speak with a human who confirmed the availability of a wide-width shoe I hadn't found locally. Delivery in 72 hours inspite of a holiday weekend... couldn't ask for more! Love that they also carry my favorite brands.

My wife bought me some very expensive “Darn Tough” socks here last year. They told her that if I ever wore them out, we could just drop into the store for a “no-hassle” exchange. These socks, she was told, are guaranteed forever.The other day, I brought in a pair that I’d worn out and they asked me to produce a sales receipt. I explained what my wife was told when she spent $35 on a single pair of these socks. Just come on in and we’ll exchange them.Apparently not.I asked the clerk if she could look to see if my wife was registered in their computer. I gave her our name, and yes, they found her file. But with no sales receipt, they told me they’d not honour the guarantee. That doesn’t sound like no-hassle to me.The manager didn’t even come out of her office. She just said, “Tell him to email the sock company directly, and see if I could to get them to look after me.Do not shop at Shoetopia, unless you don’t mind being lied to.*Update to this review*I called twice to speak to Pete, as I appreciated that he offered to make good on the promise that was made when our original purchase was made. Unfortunately, he wasn’t available either time that I called. Today, I dropped into the Fergus Shoetopia location, and I exchanged my worn-out socks, for two pairs of new Darn Tough socks. I really like the socks, and I am now satisfied that my business actually matters to Pete and his staff. Thanks to Pete.
