I will not be coming back here, I am very disappointed with my nails. I came here because I wanted to test out what kind of nails I want to do for my prom, my dress is light purple and I asked my nail technicien to do a French tip with a baby purple that was displayed, she said no and told me it was too light so I had to do a different one, I told her no thank you, I want this colour, she said okay then proceeded to apply a medium blue! I showed my nail technicien a photo of COFFIN shaped nails and I told her I want coffin nails then she shaped them straight and far too thin, when she applied the bio gel she put too much towards the top and barely any near the bottom. She did not throughourly clean my hands throughout the process, and right in the middle of her putting on the bio gel she took off her shoe, itched her foot, put her shoe on and went right back to doing my nails. There was a small kid in the corner of the establishment who was screaming and playing very loud obnoxious videos, and on the TV displayed for customers there was juvenile shows that were loud and irritating.

I had a man doing my nails and he hurt me 5 times, he was super rough and just kept clipping my skin. I asked for a simple squiggly design and he struggled to do so and i am not happy with how they turned out… at all. On top of that, there’s little fluffs all stuck in my nails , probably the worst bio gel fill I’ve ever received

Not great, I had shown a picture, we argued over a colour she said it was purple , clearly not purple. Was pink. She then put a pink on I didn’t like it I asked for a different colour she then puts on a pink that is basically white but I could tell she was annoyed and talking about me to her coworkers so I settled,
It was a valentines set, one finger has xo on it. It looks horrible, I understand if you are not able to do it I don’t mind settling on something else but don’t tell me you can and then screw it up.

This place is wonderful and convenient.. they have AMAZING customer service and their location is perfect. They do GREAT work...They always have time for anyone. I do love them.The only reason for my lower review is the fact that it does not seem very clean. It is unorganized and kind of ugly looking,. When you are sitting there as a client looking at the wall behind the technicians, it's nothing to look at. If they could give this place a FACE LIFT and maybe sit from the client's perspective, they would see the cosmetic improvements that definitely need to be made.
