Visited Fergus few days ago. They have great deals on drinks and variety of drinks they have. Extraordinary customer service and polite staff. Overall great experience and must visit place in Fergus.

Be careful! I rented few years ago and I just received a mail from Uhaul that my personal information was used by unauthorized people (meaning they leaked out my email, CC and drivers lic#). The reason I know this was the place leaking or mishandled my personal info because I don't rent normally. Uhaul remedied the problem by giving my a year free access to useless website to track and se reports but the reports have no information where was my email and information used. So much for any safety in the land of Canada.

Buddy behind the counter was on his phone and paying no attention to myself or my coworker. I had to correct him on the price of my order as he almost charged me double. Not shocked it was empty in there. Place sucks

The 5x9 trailer was parked on a hill and was covered in garbage. Once I removed the block holding the tire, the incline caused the trailer to roll down the hill and hit my car bumper. I called the store while trying to push the trailer back up the hill. The woman didn’t answer. I put the tongue of the trailer on the ground and went in the store to ask for help. My phone was still ringing and the woman was standing at the till ignoring the phone ringing. The woman had no idea how to put the trailer on and said she could not help. She told me to wait for someone else to come to the store to help. 15 minutes later, a by-standard helped me with the trailer but he had never put one on either. I will never rent a Uhaul from this location again. Absolute worst service and now my car is damaged.

I ordered a product online. The company shipped it through UPS. I wasn't home for the drop off so the driver brought it to this Quick Pick Variety in Fergus. I received Proof of Delivery from UPS indicating that my package was delivered and received by Patel. When I went to pick up my item there were disorganized boxes and envelopes strewn across the floor. I was told to sort through them myself to try to find mine. When I indicated that I didn't feel comfortable looking through other people's packages, the employee came to search as well. He could not find it, and despite my UPS delivery proof, he said it hadn't been delivered yet and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told they didn't have it. I shared the UPS tracking details indicating that Patel had signed for it and the employee became visibly uncomfortable. He made a call. He told me I should contact UPS to find my package. I have contacted UPS. They have indicated this is not their problem. Now where does this leave me? Paying for a product that I don't have as the shipping company also indicated it's not their issue. I would say that I don't recommend using this UPS location, but I wasn't even given a choice. I am STILL working on this, and who has time for that?! I'm supposed to be doing MY job, not someone else's. SO UPSETTTING!

Avoid this place! UPS packages are just thrown all over the floor throughout the store, staff were rude, and prices on drinks are NOT as indicated.

This store has a UPS drop off. I would not recommend using this place for shipping your online orders to. I was given a proof of delivery by UPS stating that my package was delivered and received at the front door. When I went to pick up my item they could not find it. There were quite a few boxes unorganized on the floor and I had to sort through them myself to try to find mine. After questioning the staff they told me they had been refusing packages due to lack of space. I’m still in the claims process and have not received my package. It’s not worth the trouble sending your orders to this location.

Very nice couple that operate this variety store, I rented a
U Haul from them as well as using the UPS Services they
have. The store itself has everything. When you need
something on a Sunday night when everything is closed,
you can bet that Quick Pick has it ! I go there on a regular
basis for milk, bread, batteries, cigarettes, lotto tickets and
the cash machine they have, does not charge $4.00 for every
transaction like the banks do ! Greta store ! Great people !

We reserved a U-Haul truck for this past Saturday. When we arrived at the store to claim the truck, the store employee attempted to convince us that we had reserved it for Sunday. We moved on Saturday, so the idea that we would need a truck for Sunday is ridiculous. Of course we asked for Saturday. The employee should have aplolgized for our inconvenience and we would have moved on without problems. One star.
