They are helpful when I have a problem, the atm machines are almost always available usually no lines good bank, good customer service

On the website it shows that the bank is open on saturdays so I came here on saturday and the sign says that they're not open on saturdays . Now I have to go out of my way and waste more gas to find a c I b c bank that is open on saturday.

CIBC Branches will be closed Wednesday, January 1 for New Year's Day and Thursday, January 2 for Traditional Day (Quebec only). Bank machines will be available during the holiday.
