Only Canadian tire in the Fergus area, store is always clean, and now newly renovated. Customer service here is top notch. All the staff are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to help you find that item that the website lists as in stock. I love the price indicators that will help you locate what your looking for using the app.

I feel like all Canadian Tires I have been to are awkwardly laid out, and overstocked. This experience wasn't great either...they are renovating, so I will give them Grace. But there was no signage indication checkouts / lines, and the exit wasn't clear either.

I find this store very hard to shop at. Most auto parts instock require talking to staff yet, any staff walking around "are not auto staff" and you need to go to the counter, then it is a long wait and they walk away when your next. the new re design has left one cashier in the middle that will make you walk to one side behind people only to be told no, you needed to be standing where you started waiting. its dumb and have literally walked out three times now! Hire more staff or put product on the shelf. I want to shop here.

Asked for an oil drain plug and a corresponding washer. After 20 minutes of asking irrelevant questions and looking through the computer associate comes back with both items ensuring me they are the proper size. Wasn’t until I was home that I realized the washer does not fit.
If you need help within automotive don’t bother better to look it up and go find it urself.

I love the scenery and charm of our small Southern Ontario cities. Here’s a fine example of a Canadian Tire that’s nestled in the heart of Canada ??. Only here in the heart of farm country have I had the pleasure of seeing a horse and buggy stable for parking. The store it self is smaller than many bigger Canadian Tires but the staff greet you with a smile you only get in a small town.

I went in to purchase new tires, and they were amazing. They gave me a good price on my tires, and they look so good with the rims on them now. And besides that, they found several other issues with my car. They said they’ll get me some quotes, and were even kind enough to send me photos of what they found directly to me for reference, and frankly I’ve never gotten that kind of service from other Canadian Tires. It was Brett and Darko who specifically handled my car, and they were wonderful. I’ve never gotten such great treatment from other automotive services. I would recommend this Canadian Tire to anyone who needs help with their vehicles.
