I bought a discontinued lego set there all the way from Vancouver. It was cheaper than the regular price, I chose regular delivery price and still got it super fast (we're talking 3 days super fast)! So my kid's birthday's tomorrow and, against all odds, she's going to have her present right on time. Yay! The box is clean, well protected, but no unnecessary stuffing either. Thank you so much for your hard work, I'll buy from you again for sure!!

Amazing game shop. Wonderful product selection, friendly passionate staff, and very reasonable prices on items (that often compete with the big box stores). I am sooooo thankful for this shop in Fergus, and hope they are here to stay. Thank you team Brighten Up! You're doing good things for gamers and our community.

Brighten up in Fergus is a great place! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of board and card games, and many great toys for kids of all ages! Highly recommend! Support local!

Awesome toy store - something for everyone and and all ages. And you can help build a 40000 piece puzzle What???? Very clean and prices are reasonable. Worth the trip.

We absolutely love this store.It's such a hidden gem to purchase a variety of car models and puzzles !It is a bit pricey for kids toys , but for the car model world their prices' are fair!

I really wanted to like this store, my kids love it…(they are too young to understand bigotry) we have shopped there a couple of times, and each time I felt a bit uncomfortable as the staff would follow us around and repeatedly ask if we “needed help” and if my kids selected something someone would rush over and ask if they could put by the register until we were done shopping… it made for an uncomfortable shopping experience and made me question if this is a safe place for us to shop. It’s hard to explain to my kids why I don’t want to go back there…(I do recommend Toy Soup in St Jacobs, it’s a bit of a drive if you are a Fergus/Elora local, but they have everything, and the staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable if you are looking for anything specific.)

Bought a toy here and the box was missing a piece. The staff were super friendly, apologized for the problem (even though it wasn’t their fault at all) and they exchanged the toy. Excellent Service.

When we lived in the area this was our favourite toy store - we miss it dearly for the amount of schleich animals they carry! They have lots of open ended play based educational toy with a huge selection. Everyone working there is so friendly and kind, Chris happily offered to help me find some old receipts that I misplaced without hesitation. Best toy store, I wish there was one near me now.

Purchased a Puzzle- True Genius Pandoras Box. It was rated 14+ for difficulty, 2 out of 5. My nephew is 8. I gave it as a Christmas gift. It cost about $20. My nephew solved it in the time it took for me to help his brother unwrap his gift. Wow what a waste. I called the store and they said " you can't return it just because you didn't like it" I felt they should have stood behind their products, especially when they are junk and very mis-leading. Next time I stick to Amazon. You can return useless merchandise that does not meet expectations. Fortunately gifts are not the focus of our Christmas. I will not be shopping here again. They could have offered , at least, to help me contact the rep for this product
