I had mixed experience dealing with this store. I needed a new fridge for my cottage and wanted to buy "local", so I came to the store last week asking about one of the fridge models they had listed on their website. Their database shown that they had 3 in the store. I dealt with very nice sales associate Sheela who was extremely helpful. I told her that I will make a decision tomorrow and will call to order. Sheela didn't work the next day, so she gave me a business card of Liz, another sales associate who was working next day. Next morning I called Liz and told her that I want to go ahead and asked to confirm the inventory and delivery dates and call me back. I gave Liz two phone numbers where to reach me. She said she will call back shortly. I didn't receive the call on that day or after... totally bizarre. Three days later, I gave up on Cornerstone, called Rona Lindsay and bought the same fridge at a lower price and at almost half of delivery fee quoted by Cornerstone.

Recently purchased a mattress and am very pleased with all aspects of this transaction. Sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the chair lift to the second floor was very helpful for someone with mobility issues(me). I got a very good quality mattress for a reasonable price and the delivery crew were incredibly efficient and kind. I would highly recommend Cornerstone!

Quality home furnishings and kitchen appliances at a fair price. Eclectic selection of seating and lounging stuff, and you may find a bargain in their small clearance area on 2nd floor. They welcome browsers.
