I have been shopping here for years, lately I am disappointed in the quality of the produce, more than anything. Items out of date or moldy food once I get home. Basic essentials not being in stock, sale items not available. The app is a hassle, my order never goes through, "An error occurred while placing your order. Please try again." Almost every single time.
I spoke to a lady in customer service one day regarding the app, she was very nice, the cashiers are also very pleasant, And I do know that they do a lot for the community. However,

Went to use my points and the cashier hit the wrong button and ended up using all my points and now I have none. Very disappointed..the owner said they can't do anything when it was a complete mistake on their part. No remorse, barely a sorry. Will never shop here again. Their prices are ridiculous, the cashiers barely even pack your groceries..for what you pay here the service is disgusting. Absolutely disappointed and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Got treated really poorly when I had asked them if I could use $99 of my points and instead they used all of my points that I’ve been saving since high school they treated me really poorly when I asked how to fix the problem and did not give me a solution.

I was clear about only using some of my points and they took all of them and said oops nothing we can do. Terrible store, crazy prices, never going back here, go to food land or drive to another town.

Absolutely brain dead. Don't use your points here because the cashier's don't know how to count. They take all your points then play dumb and say there's nothing they can do. Crazy prices, rude employees, and 0 brain cells.

Very clean and organized, friendly staff, has pretty much everything you would need/want from a grocery store.
Update: Expect to pay higher prices at this location. While the produce is good, the average price of most items in this store are typically higher than other Loblaws retailers such as No-Frills (>20%).

They sell great products, very clean store and their staff are always friendly!

Clean with lots of variety a lil' pricey compared to Foodland or No Frills but offer more items.
Meat and produce are good quality.
Also offer In-Store Pharmacy, beer and wine a Joe Fresh and take out deli.

23-08-2024 ( around 1:40 pm) the lady on customer service is really rude and racist, very dissapointing! She doesn't even know what customer service really means!
