I returned an online purchase to the store on November 8th and I am still waiting for my refund.
I am being told that the delay is due to their store staff not responding to the email from their customer service team.
Customer service rep is now saying it will be another 24-48 hours for a refund. It is unacceptable to wait 10 days for a refund to be processed by a company. If you physically receive a product you should immediately issue a refund!!!
Next, they will tell me it will reflect in the next 7-10 days on my visa bill (the usual). Therefore this refund process can now take almost 20 Days! Zara, Sherway Gardens- do better!!!
November 20th update :
Being told I have to wait ANOTHER 48 hours for my refund to be issued!!! You’ve had you product in PERFECT CONDITION since November 8th. You guys are claiming a refund was issued but are unable send me an email stating this and also, are unable to even say when you “issued “ my refund. At this point you are robbing your customers by failing to issue an IN STORE RETURN for over 12 days!!!
They now are claiming it
Has been issued and the refund will be seen in the next 10-14 DAYS!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I am writing a review on my recent purchase experience with Zara, a very popular retailer in Canada. I had purchased some pants, that were displayed at the price for €22.95. While I told representative at the register that the price is in euros, and wanted to know why they didn’t display a Canadian price, I was simply informed that there is a conversion rate I agreed to the purchase. The conversion from Euros at today’s rate (google) was $34.34. However, I was charged $45.90 + HST. They had charged me more before tax, with a lame explanation of shipping fees, conversion rate charges and other fees that they incurred. When you shop in Canada, you should be shopping in Canadian dollars, with prices clearly listed and displayed with the item in question. I went to talk to the manager about this matter and she said that because it is imported from Spain, they are adding transportation and other costs that the price reflected their added costs, and unfortunately they DO NOT have the time to display the price to CANADIAN DOLLARS. I told her that if you didn’t fix this you could be looking into a lawsuit and lost business due to unfair business practices. I was informed that many people have complained and that there’s nothing she could do about it.

Horrible stupid service ever!!! Do not stop by this location!!!! Zara must training them again as “ZARA” associate!
If you don't want to ruin Zara's image anymore, think about changing all of your employees. I came out to enjoy shopping and was disappointed with the low-quality service. I don't know why they have to go through their low-quality market service in Canada.

On Sept 17 1:45 pm I was treated disrespectfully in the cash line by an arrogant cashier.
After already waiting 10 minutes a new cashier came out and took a guy from the return line and cashed him out (no return)
When I told her I was next she ignored me and continued with him
I will not ever return to ZARA

Security guards working here are very nice. They always helped customers and keep shoplifters away from the store. Because of them, this store is safe for shopping for everyone.

their line kept dropping when I tried to call- useless
Website and in store clerk said item I wanted available in stock - left me waiting 40 minutes for the item to eventually not actually be in stock

I was very disappointed with the customer service in the fitting room. A blonde girl who was working there acted very rudely towards the customers. She made me wait a long time despite there being no line, didn't smile, and was instead impolite and unkind.

This is my favorite place for shopping list. They have got huge collection of the latest trend. Their prices also very reasonable. They always have some kind of sale going on and the staff is very helpful too
