I bought two scarves on sale and went to exhange it ,The sales lady was willing but The district manager was very unhelpful.I bought a lots of thing there never going back again.

Joaly the Manager at Zack Cloverdale Mall is the best salesperson I have ever come across, not only is she EXCELLENT in her job but she went over and above in helping me find the right size of the jacket for my daughter and made me feel so comfortable that although I was there to pick up one thing but ended up buying a whole bunch of stuff for myself as well. This will definitely be my go to place and have recommended it to a bunch of other people as well. JOALY thanks again for your magnificent customer service and you definitely deserve a BIG BONOUS AND PROMOTION. All the best.

This place always delivers!! I'd say 80% of my wardrobe comes from this store and I like clothes! I don't know of any store that provides the kind of service I get at this store. The sales staff are awesome! They aren't afraid to let me know if something doesn't work for me and then they bring me alternates. They never fail me. I'd like to give a special shout out to Wahiba and Maria! You both deserve huge Christmas bonuses! You're as much a part of what brings me in to the store as the fashion.

Excellent my shopping experience was so wonderful about a month ago I went there found a sweater I absolutely loved but I thought if it's still there in a month it's meant to be it was there and I got it for a lot less I am so happy love the people that work at Zacks they are so friendly and so helpful. I love shopping there I would definitely go back.
