Highly unreliable and unprofessional– they failed to answer calls or confirm the move. I had to scramble to find another mover at the last minute. I would NOT recommend this company.
Edit: Since the owner claimed I only called twice, I’m sharing screenshots of our conversation showing that I reached out multiple times via text, phone calls, voicemail, and email. I didn’t receive a reply for over 24 hours—until 12 pm, just one day before the scheduled move. When movers don’t respond within that timeframe, it’s natural to consider hiring someone else rather than risk a no-show. They later contacted me from a different number, stating their main lines were experiencing issues (screenshot attached), which contradicts their claim of being ‘busy.’ This suggests they don’t monitor calls or have someone assigned to do so, which reflects a lack of professionalism. I would also recommend hiring a professional to handle your reviews, as it paints a poor impression of your business.

Amazing service! They moved our new furniture and set everything up perfectly. Very detailed oriented, Arsh and Harman put in a lot of hard work as our furniture was heavy and easily moved it up 3 flights of stairs. They are awesome!
