Review
I seldom write review but this deal forced me to write. I was thinking to write review after 6 months of driving car.
I wrote email in night one day to Eric Santos GM about my thought of purchase 2007 MB E350 wagon a nd trade in with my car. Eric requested to communicate with Tony. Tony booked time to see my car and their car. The deal done as below without hassle
1. Before I drove their car Tony explain about car issue and show features.
2. He show my car and no questions asked.
3. While trade in my car he and Eric went so far and accommodated my request.
4. Eric Santos GM said while signing deal the car will be like new when delivered.
5. The car was to deliver on scheduled date but they say not yet ready means wanted to fix any issue and not in hurry to deliver.
I have almost purchased 10 used car from dealers but have best dealings with Eric and Tony of world fine car. One experience of difference I share with new car dealer dealing and world fine car that when I purchased used car from new car dealer there was only one key with them while delivery they gave only one key but when I asked Tony about key he says we will find another key and get me another key.
As per my experience if some one looking for used car first visit their show room or website select car and talk to Eric and his team they will go far to accommodate your wish.
My wife impressed with dealings and asked my son to accompany with me while pick up so can be introduced to Eric/Tony for his future car purchase.
I am planning to bring my son when I go for pick up.
If you want mantle peace in used car purchase please try with world fine cars.
