Returned with no issues and then looked around store pulling several items to try on. Saleswoman took items I had selected and put them in a fitting room for me. Super helpful and pleasant! Really a nice store and everything neatly displayed.”

“After the lady handed me my receipt, she told me my Coach purse was final sale. It being final sale isn’t an issue as i love the purse, but telling me that after my transaction is complete is sooo grimey. shady work. Especially since it’s not something like a bikini that i would naturally assume is final sale. that really turned me off from the store :/
Apart from that, the store is very clean, has good selection, nicely organized. I think somethings are overpriced, as i found some amazon flip flops for $24.”

“I love shopping at Eileen Fisher in Chinook Centre. Staff are very warm and friendly. They do all they can to find what fits and flatters the customer. Also they will search other stores to get items in the size the customer needs. Very small sizes up to plus sizes. Excellent quality clothing and made from ethical, beautiful fabrics. Prices are good when this clothing is on sale.”

“The is the Closest location to me. The quality in that store is 5⭐️ 's. They have very good quality boots and shoes. I like their selection a lot, though I have wide feet. So I'm not always able to find my size 10.5 hehe. I now buy my jeans there too, again quality!! My favourite part, they carry Non ripped jeans?( I work in home improvement). The staff are nice and helpful.”
“I had the task of looking for a suit for my son’s graduation. I had been everywhere, and we finally arrived at this store. Needless to say, I was tired, and it had been a long day. My frustration must of been evident, because I approached by a kind sales representative named Vanessa who offered to help. Vanessa was absolutely wonderful and did everything humanly possible to exceed the boundaries of customer service. She was patient and understanding, and provided a heartwarming experience that will always be remembered. Her kind demeanour and personality was a breath of fresh air, and she did everything she could to help my son on his special day. She ran from aisle to aisle to assist him, and tailor to his needs. It was an experience that will be remembered. In fact, I would say that Vanessa exceeded the level of customer service received in previous stores by 100%. When the size was not available she didn’t give up. She called other stores and was able to resolve the issue by ordering the suit online which arrived in perfect condition. I don’t know if upper management reads these reviews, but if you do, I would appreciate it if you take this opportunity to congratulate Vanessa for her extraordinary efforts in customer service, and her ability to remind us that people still care. Thank you, Vanessa you were marvellous!”

“Outstanding service, a very good assortment of stock. I started a job that required me to wear safety shoes. Visited another Marks but could not find the right pair. I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by staff and offered help in finding a comfortable pair. The large selection gave me an abundance of choice. Staff advice in making my choice was appreciated.”
“I’m not great at picking out nice outfits. I don’t know how to style items or how to match things together well. However, the staff was so lovely. They showed me how to wear one item in multiple cute ways. Brought me tons of options to match and try on together. Helped me take the jackets I was trying on and off. It was a really great experience. I can’t remember the staffs name who was primarily helping me. She was a young woman with long light brown/dirty blonde hair. 5 stars just for the customer service experience.”
