Just came to this store as I checked the hours and said they would be open until 8pm (during a holiday). I arrived 5:45pm and, as soon as I arrived, they announced that they would be closing in 15 min. Managers: Better update your hours online if its a holiday! I drove all the way following the google information. Not happy with information provided.

I recently visited the Winners store at Cloverdale Mall on the 250 the East Mall, and my experience was quite disappointing. I was there between 4:50 PM and 5:30 PM, accompanied by my mother. We initially went to try on two dresses for her. Upon returning to the fitting room, an Indian girl working there asked me to ensure the hangers were put back in the dresses next time. I politely apologized and said sorry.
Later, I returned to try on two dresses for myself. As I was entering, the same employee reminded me again to put the hangers back in the dresses before returning them, which I found unnecessary. Upon finishing, she then asked me to put the clothes back on the racks. I told her that this is not the way to treat customers, and the whole experience was quite off-putting and unprofessional.

Shopping was fun because there were a lot of good items, the display was very good, and the staff at the place where you tried on the clothes were friendly.

I usually enjoy shopping at this winners but today the experience wasn’t so great due to what seems to be a new manager on site name Hemmane — who wasn’t willing to honor a discount on a whole damaged goods item. Basically claiming that they haven’t honored damaged good in a long time (lies because I seen a manager honoring it when I was in the line at a different location last week) I’ve been a proud shopper of winners/marshalls/home sense for serval years. This manager gives off power trip. Very terrible customer service on the managers end.

This is a great winners location. It is located inside Cloverdale mall and I think the mall will be closing in the next few years. ? Still here.
A good staff and always a good store. This location is somewhere you should visit when you're in Cloverdale. There's always new things.
