I went in person to purchase some medical supplies only to find out that there isn't actually a store here. The person who sells supplies out of their office wasn't there and I was told I should have called before hand to arrange getting the supplies I need. Nowhere is this mentioned on the website. It's really unfortuante that I wasted my time commuting to the location during the "open" store hours listed when it was actually closed and there was no one there.

Recently had foot surgery and required a shower seat. After extensive research Wellcare was the only company that supplied a swivel seat. Kris promptly returned my phone call and less than 2 hours later the chair was in my possession. Kris was very patient and helpful with my many concerns.

I recently purchased a bath tub seat for my mother as she has issues standing in the shower. I was given a reference by the therapist for Wellcare. I must say i had an amazing experience with them. Kris at wellcare is very knowledgeable, co-operative and very adjusting. He explained in detail about all the products and services and which one would be best suitable. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend wellcare services to anyone who is looking for any accommodating services or supplies.Thank You Kris once again.

I purchased a heat pack set at one of their Pop up shops and when I opened the box the heat pack was already activated and half of the crystals had came out of it. I'm guessing it exploded in the box.I tried to contact them and didn't have any luck. I would not purchase again.

I went in looking for supplies for my business which I needed right away. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock but Kishore was so helpful. He sent me an email with options for the exact product I was looking for and hand delivered it to my place so I would have it in time. Great service and very helpful! Thank you!

I needed a 2 wheel walker (plus “skiis”) for my elderly mother very quickly. Called ahead and confirmed the items were in stock and headed over. Kris (I believe) unwrapped it, adjusted the height and attached the skiis and I was on my way in under 10 minutes! Pricing was $10.00 less than Anazon. Great service.

I called in and spoke to Kris. Was not sure that they would have the walker in the right height as I am pretty tall. He offered to put one together, check the height and call me back. He did and I bought my equipment there. Now weeks later, I have lost my bill that I need for insurance. I Call in . Kris does a manual search on a Saturday as the accounting department is closed and finds and sends me the bill by email. Just super service here !!
