I used to work in retail and I was one of the best salesman in the store. This store reminds of a time, when people really cared about the customer and not the almighty dollar. The staff are the most friendly peoplethat I have ever met. Their advice is rock solid and they even use the products and know that they really work ! I have spend lot of money to test products myself. I have found that their advice is good. I live downtown and I am going out my way to go this store. I had a few small issues and the staff gave me the excellent advice. I am now recommending this to my girlfriend and all of her friends and my friends too. There is a saying people go shopping go to the store that offers the best service. All the other health food stores are good, but at this store all the staff go out of their way to find the best product and it really works. The staff are honest people too. I have a lot of experience and travel a lot. I have run a company. The owner is a very lucky man because he has excellent workers who really care about the customer and his store. May I suggest that if you go to a health food store, try this one out first. You will be surprised at the level of customer service, it is excellent and the most friendly staff anywhere. I am going to make an effort to come there more often. I suggest that you try the store out , and, you will be back again and again. I would like to thank the owner and the staff for a good job. “I love Healthy Planet. I go mainly to the one on Islington. I used to have to go to several different health stores to get everything I need but with Healthy Planet they have everything I need and all at reasonable prices. They have a huge selection. I especially like the wide variety of fruits and vegetables that they have. I love the chocolate-raspberry shakes at the kitchen bar. They are the healthiest smoothies I've found anywhere. No added sugar. They taste fantastic. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Healthy Planet.”
