CRIMINALS! I LIVE 4 HOURS AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION YET A PHONE WAS PURCHASED ON MY ACCOUNT IN THIS STORE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? THE PHONE AGREEMENT CONTRACT WAS LEFT BLANK, NO SIGNATURES FROM THE CUSTOMER OR AGENT SELLING THE PHONE ON THE CONTRACT!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE TO AVOID THESE EMPLOYEES HAVING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!

This store is one of the worst mobile store you can go to. Staff is always on their cell phone and when you ask them a question, they tell you to call customer service directly. After having 3 horrible experience there, I switched cell phone provider immediately.

Not a pleasant experience:after few days of mistakes and useless calls to cust care, was asked to go to the store to validate my address as the Sim card was sent to the wrong address. All I need was the validation of my document; the scan was not working, so it was supposed being in and out the store. Instead the girl tried to call a couple of numbers (I am not sure why), keeping repeating she knew what she was doing (I had no doubts), but got frustrated I guess because the issue she was trying to solve, did not match my and Virgin's request. I still don't understand why she just got up and said she was not able to help me because I was questioning what she was doing. I was basically kicked out of the store. I just was asking not to go through again all the useless calls of the previous days and process this validation,whenever possible. I never felt so humiliated....

The girl called ‘nav’ is not with her words
. He charged me service connection fee and told that the fees will be reverted within 2 days. I had to visit the store 2 times and still had to wait.its like giving fake promises to sell SIM cards .

Jahnvi is amazing at her job. I came into the store to inquire about new phone plans and to resolve a ton of difficulties given to me by the customer service phone line workers. She got on the phone with customer service and sorted everything out for me. She stood on business.
