“Most wonderful staff and the kids had a blast. They accommodated my son's 7th birthday party last minute (with an hours notice!) after our other venue cancelled because of flooding. Their staff was so helpful and wonderful. Kids did laser tag and arcade and had the best time. Thank you so much!”

“We had our Sangeet at Da Vinci Banquet hall yesterday and we couldn't have asked for a better place to host our event.
Firstly Neetu was a gen to deal with, you can tell that she really cares about your event and goes above and beyond to make it a success. She helped us with the configuration of the hall and to pick our menu, even adding additional items to ensure that everything was perfect for our guests, and the venue staff were professional and we barely noticed them, which means they did their job well.
All of the food was amazing, each and every guest raved about the food. Lucy the floor manager was on the ball, making sure our tightly packed schedule ran smoothly.
We knew we found a gem of a venue when we first met Neetu 2 years ago, and the event last night confirmed our assumption. Last but not the least, they renovations of the venue has elevated it to a beautiful spectacle. It makes for a gorgeous setting to any event. Highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to host an event.”
“We arranged wedding reception of our son at Sagan and it was a real treat, hall was very well decorated and was quite spacious , lighting was good , food was excellent and service was remarkable , it was a very good experience . Mr Raghib was very cooperative and helpful and guided us all through the process .Only downside was that WiFi was very slow otherwise everything was outstanding .Recommend strongly”
“Our head office is in Windsor however we have contractors throughout the GTA. This space was set up for a successful meeting with access to a T.V to hook up our computer. It was clean and lots of parking.”

“I cannot express enough how amazing the venue was for my daughter's quinceañera! Janet, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful in creating this magical day. As it was my first time planning such a big event, Janet and her team were very patient and provided fantastic ideas.
On the day of the event, the staff, bartender, and manager were exceptionally helpful, especially when we encountered a minor issue with our seating arrangements. They took such great care of my guests, ensuring everyone had a wonderful time. Lastly, the food was impeccable – it truly exceeded our expectations.

“I attended a wedding here this weekend. I had the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The food was exceptional. From the appetizers station to the end of the night buffet.The food arrived piping hot, with wonderful service and more food than one could eat.The main entree was a bacon wrapped filet mignon, with a chicken thigh....Cooked to perfection, tender and a beautiful presentation.The food here would rival ANY high end restaurant!!!!The venue was lovely. The washrooms were immaculately clean.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. A BIG shout-out to the hardworking bartenders.Everyone was greeted with courtesy and a smile.I would highly recommend this venue for any event.”
“The Garden Banquet and Convention Centre is one of the best places to host a party. I had an Anniversary Celebration for my adult children in June/2019 here. My children and their friends were very happy with the venue.Nicole Bettinelli is so wonderful to work with. She worked hard to accommodate all my requests. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff were amazing at accommodating requests and dietary restrictions. The team also went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that some damages to the room were repaired ahead of my bridal shower. I cannot thank them enough!”

“I’ve only played ball hockey here but it’s a decent facility. The change rooms could use a facelift… especially the washrooms. But the location is pretty good.”
“Great experience. Went there with family and played 2 games. Enjoyed for an hour. But the problem is on the customer side. I saw some youth throwing multiple balls at a time and some keep struck on the side. There should be strict watch on such activities. It's a public place and the observation matters”
“Nice bowling alley, clean as a bowling alley can be. Lanes are well kept, bowling balls as well.
The digital score boards with the different games you can play makes it fun for the kids.
The rail system is nice too for kids who are just learning.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.”
“Totally awesome! Loved the place. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better. Stayed for 3x Nights recently and didn't want to leave. Rooms are large and spacious and have a very open feeling to them with plenty of natural light. They have a massive 55" TV on the wall, directly in front of the bed so easy to see. The Kids loved it as well! They are also dog friendly! Totally cool!”
