Today I visited them to complain about a vape I bought brand flavor beast 8000 puffs and I believe that the vape has a manufacturing defect because it didn't last for long so I went to to complain and the salesman at the shop Mr Owen was very nice and professional in dealing with me and he gladly replace the vape with a new without any charge. I stopped by 180 Smoke for the first time yesterday, and I was genuinely impressed. the staff member who helped me,the guy with the neck tattoos. he delivered one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in ANY vape shop. his product knowledge, the way he explained bundle options, and the various promotions available made my visit both informative and worthwhile. what stood out most was his authenticity; he’s straightforward, energetic, and genuinely focused on making sure customers leave satisfied. excellent service from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does.
