I recently bought frozen fish from Uthaya and had a disappointing experience. Upon getting home, I noticed that the fish appeared old, with discoloration on the surface. When I opened the packaging, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that confirmed my concerns. It is not at all edible.
This experience has made me wary of their products, and I cannot recommend this shop to others. It's crucial to check the freshness of frozen items before purchasing, and I hope they improve their quality control moving forward.

It's an "ok" place to shop. You can find whatever you want but it's hard to locate them. Very congested to walk around, and not a lot of space at checkout. Baskets were dirty.

I like that they sell Malaysian curry powder. They also sell flowers.
Their butcher room is pretty warm and uses ice instead of refrigeration. That room doesn't even have air conditioning.

One of my go to places to buy South Indian groceries and fresh veggies.
They have a really good collection and also their places are fair compared to other India stores.
They also have fresh coconut in the summer season ? if you're around the area don't miss it.
