Samantha at the customer service desk was AMAZING. She’s been at this location for some time & every time i have dealt with her- she’s been such a huge help. I would 100% recommend this location, and if you get to deal with Samantha, you’re a lucky person! Thanks so much for the consistent, great service. Management should be happy to have her.

So clean and organized. Great inventory! Sooooo many cars and action figures with crazy variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to follow floor plan.

Nancy was an absolute superstar dealing with my husband and I She is extremely knowledgeable on all products she made our day by blessing us with her beautiful personality and by going the extra mile to track items on our baby registry. Anna is the most helpful person we can ask for. Came in to look around and ended up leaving with a crib, travel system and accessories. With her help makes shopping easier and made our experience so exciting. Her enthusiasm and passion toward helping the customers should not be unnoticed. My wife and I will surely be back to spend a lot more money!

I went to the Sherway Gardens Toys R Us store to shop for some Christmas gifts. I was incredibly impressed by the service of Rose. She knew exactly where the products I was looking for were located, displaying at the same time a very helpful and pleasant manner. My shopping was done probably in under 10 minutes. Way to go, Rose, you are such a valuable asset to that store! Nina

Rose and Noor were really helpful. I asked a lot of questions and was very happy to receive meaningful answers.My only concern is with some of the quality of assembled products. The cribs in the store did not feel sturdy. I was informed that it was because these were display models. However, I feel like sturdiness is an important factor in making a determination for a crib.Would also like to see more strollers be in stock.Update: went for their pre black Friday sales and everyone was extremely helpful in helping is make a determination. Anna is extremely knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to put our purchased stroller together. Comparing between strollers was really helpful for us since we had a decent idea of what we wanted but were afraid of making the wrong choice.Thank you so much.

Training to deal with bedbugs!!!I was in this store ( on 21-Dec-2023) when a customer (a pregnant woman with her husband) came with a mattress for her baby, which she had purchased it couple of days before and opened the cover at her home. She had noticed some weird black spots on the mattress. So, she brought it back to the store. She was so worried that those black spots could be due to bedbugs. They brought her a new one which had the same problem. You could see in her face that she was terrified, for a good reason.The store manager came and looked at the mattress. She opened the plastic cover of the new one and started to rub one of the black spots to remove it. She believed it was just dirt or something, but she could not identify it. She collected the customer's name and contact information and told her that she would contact somebody, and they would investigate this in their warehouse and let her know.I checked the black spots and could not tell what they were. However, it was in different locations on each mattress, and it was on both of them. It could be a fabric defect; it could be mould, or, worst case scenario, it could be bedbugs. I am not a specialist in that area.In my opinion, if the customer comes with an item that is suspicious of being affected by bedbugs, you should not open the box as that might put others in danger. Instead, keep it contained and send it for investigation right away. What she did eventually.Today, I went back to contact the store and asked them if they had an answer if that was bedbugs or not. The store manager told me that it was confidential and they would not disclose that information or share it with me (as it was another person's complaint)!!???I am stucked with the item I purchased from the store, and I am unsure if I will open it soon. I will wait a week and check with them again.Meanwhile, I think they should train their team on how to handle this kind of situation.Update:I went to the store on Sunday, 26 November 2023, and asked the manager if she had any update on this investigation, and she answered it is none of your business???!!! How these people do not understand when I purchased an item from them which came from their warehouse, and there is a concern/investigation/whatever regarding their warehouse, it also concerns me. They should be polite and transparent.

So I know nothing about kids never had any, and I am rarely around any but needed a few gifts and had the most amazing experience. Our family bought almost 5 very nice car for my nephew 2 yrs old.we were kind of rush but Samantha gives us very nice customer service and helps us to wraps all gift usually they don't do in store.Thanks samanta and teams.
