“I cannot say enough about how well my Family was taken care of by Ziad last night. We were stranded in a Vaughn Mills Mall parking lot our vehicle would not start. After being over looked by shoppers and abandoned by the first responder (some other company) flat bed tow, my children became worried. Then we got a call from Freeway Auto Service and Ziad calmly put us at ease, letting us know he would be reaching us within minutes! And he did!! He started by carefully trying to jump start our vehicle and then made the decision it was needed to be towed back to Cambridge to our Mechanic at DP Automotive. The level of care taken by him during one of our worst days, made this an unforgettable experience in a positive way. Thank you so much for taking our family and vehicle into your hands and getting us home safely, all in the shortest time considering the circumstances. If ever you are in need of roadside assistance, you will be so lucky to have Ziad come to your rescue! We couldn't be more thankful!!”

“I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in... He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs. I have a feeling the price for the other minor repairs will be reasonable and I'm happy to do business with Seneca again... I'll see you again soon, John!”

“I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of Lyons Auto Body! I brought in my 2023 Mercedes GLC in for some cosmetic damage after my accident. They loved the results they did on my car, so much so, they held my car hostage after the repair. They afterwards charged a ton of fees! My insurance company put up a fight against Lyons, but to no avail were unsuccessful. I'm so happy they shielded my car from the world, and even myself! The perfect place to get your vehicle repaired, if you're an idiot.”
