Came to this Sherway location to get an old clasp fixed and they did it without any issues. My boyfriend and I were welcomed with warm smiles. Customer service at this location definitely takes the trophy. Ended up purchasing a pink heart tag beaded bracelet with Wennie. She was wonderful!
