On June 13th I went to this store. The store says it closed at 7 PM. I arrived there at 6:48 PM and just wanted to send a package (label was printed and all). The kid at the store told first lied and said the store closed in 5 minutes. After I confronted him, he said he needs to start closing down in 5 minutes. I found this to be very lazy and unprofessional.
After I gave up I asked the kid if there is another UPS store nearby and he sent me to a location which was closed. Thanks a lot kid, great customer service…
I get it you want to go home, I’ve been there too, but do your damn job, grow up and don’t be a liar.

Went in to print one piece of paper today and they charged 25 cents to print the paper and $2.50 to send them an email. Can’t tell if they are extremely overpriced or just scammed me.

Do not use this UPS Store.I dropped off a pre labeled UPS Apple return parcel. Apple received an empty box. I was shocked.I would not recommend supporting this business or using this drop off location.

This store closes earlier than the scheduled time
I was at the location around 6:45 pm on a weekday, and the shop was closed, as I was waiting for the bus, I noticed that the staff left the place at 6:55pm

The store owner is beyond rude. Blackmailed me that in order for him to hand over my parcel that I had delivered there (an option that was provided to me by the e-commerce site I ordered from) that maybe I had to pay to use his address. Promptly took my parcel after showing ID and walked out. I have no time for games. I always support local businesses but this is a hard pass.
