Friendly people and decent stuff. Sometimes overpriced for a thrift but still good stuff to be found here.

Prices at this location are exuberant, it's ridiculous. I don't know who prices or how they price but I will tell you unless they start lowering their prices I won't be donating anymore. Some of the workers have horrible le attitude like they own the shop.

I usually do not give a bad rating or reviews. BUT OMG. Had a not so good experience here mainly the handing off donations area. The lady that manned this area on July 4th around 7pm. I proceeded to give 2 items for donation and asked about the coupon the lady outright saiid no its only for bags of stuff. I said i always shop here and never ever was told there was a minimum you can donate. The lady was dismissive and left like i was inconveincing here she did that to other customers. Wowza. The cashiers in the store were very friendly to interact with the store was clean and presentable. Be aware the showcased items they have alot of fakes at super high pricing. I would not return again the lady in the donation area please remove her and put her at the back to sort clothes that way she doesnt deal with any customers and potentially lose customers altogether. You do need shoppers to pay for your bills right like honestly it was nail bitting.

Almost feel like their pricing is now similar to Value Village = rip off. For instance, used and dusty, dirty vases at a price more than the Dollar Tree and Dollarama. Zara clothing donated most likely by the company itself, priced at half the original price, WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE to the garment. I saw a parka with a knife slash through the front and it was priced at $49.99. Make it make sense. Shoppers go here for deals due to big store prices which can be unaffordable for many. The greed needs to stop.

Fine store, if you look hard you may find good deals, if you donate they give you 20 percent off coupon too.

Can someone please explain this to me? They definitely need some training and/or regulations. Why did donate items become profitable. Shame on the government for not regulating second-hand shops. People need to stop donating to thrift stores. There are lots of churches and NONPROFIT places to donate.

I have been shopping at this location for many years.I want to comment that the staff is amazing!!The ladies are so pleasant and friendly. They are always smiling and greet me as soon as I enter the store. They have wonderful customer service skills and I appreciate it.I also want to point out the great service I have received from Daniel, one of the managers. He is super helpful and takes the time to explain his knowledge of specific items that are found in the store.I sincerely appreciate the great customer experience. Please continue with your good work!!

I went on a Thursday evening and had a really bad experience. Usually the staff is really nice but this time there were three women who was nasty and rude especially an Indian lady. They kept taking among themselves and took so long to come and cash out or even help for price check on things price weren’t there . I was deeply disappointed and I would share my experience on my instagram where my followers really look up to my shopping experiences and would ask all 5k of them to avoid this place . Very bad customer service.

I'm a donor and customer of over decades. I never use washroom in store unless in emergency. On Aug 5th, I asked your staff if I can use your store's washroom but got rejected. Your staff said all washrooms were not in service and asked me to go to Tim Hortons instead. However, there was no sign posted. Obviously, it was not the case and more like an excuse. It showed how unhelpful of your staff. I felt like may be I was not a senior or kid so I was not respected. Very disappointed on this location!!

This store is extremely overpriced. Maybe the owner is skimming money to India. I see all Indian reps there. This store should be checked by the government. I would give it quarter star.

This place is so overpriced!! It’s sad that people give them for free and then they sell it so expensive! Some items are more expensive than in a regular store!! Be careful!!!
