Nice store, well mixed selection with a few high end options. I really do not like giving 1 or 2 stars specifically for local businesses but I left the store with a bad impression from the staff. First of all nobody greets you at all, you can circulate like a ghost that staff will not address to you at all.
My main goal was to drop off a bag of clothes, the lady that was in counter didn’t seem very excited and started to talk and walk to the back of the store without making any eye contact to me. After a few seconds I realized that I should follow her, and in the back is where they keep the items for evaluation. I might be wrong but they way she treated me it was like “okay, we will do this favour of check your clothes and see if we can sell”. Since I cannot retrieve the ones that they wouldn’t select in the moment I decided to return another day. Now, I’m pretty sure I’ll not. Why would I? I stayed a couple of minutes to look around and check more in details the inventory, beautiful and trendy quality stuff. But being honest, there were 3 clients in the store and the staff didn’t spend a single minute to ask if we needed help, if it was the 1st time or just to offer their help if needed.
Sad starting for a Saturday morning on a long weekend. Specially for living in the neighborhood and loving thrift, vintage and the whole idea of giving a longer life to clothes.

After the lady handed me my receipt, she told me my Coach purse was final sale. It being final sale isn’t an issue as i love the purse, but telling me that after my transaction is complete is sooo grimey. shady work. Especially since it’s not something like a bikini that i would naturally assume is final sale. that really turned me off from the store :/
Apart from that, the store is very clean, has good selection, nicely organized. I think somethings are overpriced, as i found some amazon flip flops for $24.

This is one of the best consignment shops! I first connected with them during the early days of Covid. The Comeback is located in Ontario, Canada and I’m in South Florida. For more than 4 years, they’ve been acting as my personal shoppers and have become “video” friends! Thank you Kirsten and Lisa and your entire crew for all my goodies through the years. I love dealing with you all! Maybe one day we’ll actually meet! ??

Have you watched the new inventory videos? You can see them on Instagram or Facebook. You will have a chance to shop beautiful items from the comfort of your home. The staff are very aware of current trends and offer many styling suggestions for clothing items. All the employees provide excellent customer service. As well their selection caters to all sizes and age groups. Keep up the good work!

I find bf the choices were alot better but now it's not. Too over priced and some clothes I found looked worn out, quality not the best at times.They could do better on selections! Not to impressed.

It is a bad store to take your stuff to sell, you get almost nothing. For 3 brand new Roots purses and a pair of barely worn Clarks high heel sandals I got only $36. Not worth my time taking stuff in. Got more $$ selling at my garage sale in the summer.

Lots of options. Great brands, sizes. Everything is organized. Change rooms available which is amazing. Even a whole rack of athletic clothes.

I have been going to this store for years as a seller and a buyer. It is the best consignment store in the city. The prices are fantastic and the staff is very helpful.

I don't like posting 1 star reviews for businesses, but I feel really ticked off!I went to drop off a bunch of clothing that was washed, steamed and folded all in excellent condition (no tears, no faded colours, etc.) and had the max number of items. Less than 10 minutes later, the young girl who was tasked with approving the clothing said that she wouldn't accept ANY of the items because my items "didn't have high resell value with brands like Reitman's." I thought OK... I had one cardigan from Reitman's, fine if Reitman's isn't a good enough brand. But I also had several jeans from American Eagle, several pants including dress pants that had only been worn twice from RW&Co (I didn't realize RW&Co was not a good enough brand for a consignment store) among other items from stores like LOFT and Jacob.I was annoyed at first, but then I was angry because I was just curious what kind of brands this store DOES actually accept and carry and to my surprise, within the first two seconds, I see a green Reitman's tunic shirt on the rack, and not one that I found tasteful at all! I also saw several pairs of shorts from Aeropostale! A brand that I find LESSER quality compared to American Eagle... it's certainly a cheaper brand. After a few more seconds of perusing, I find some really tattered shorts of an unknown brand selling for $17 and $19. So... I have no idea why my items were not accepted. Not a single one was!!The associates on the floor couldn't be blamed because they aren't the ones choosing what items are accepted, but I have to say, I find their process of selection EXTREMELY BIZARRE. Ladies, don't waste your time bringing in your items here. It's ridiculous and I feel that I was singled out for some strange reason. I wasn't rude at all when I first entered the store and I had 100% agreed to the terms, so I'm not sure why I might have been targeted.I think the girls who do the selecting need to be changed. Or maybe they're only looking for distasteful and strange-looking clothing. Who knows.
